you may be slouching & your changed posture is stressing muscles on your right side.
If it's when you're menstruating, you should check if it's every month or every other, then you could consider if you conjecture your right ovary is causing a problem.
In the meantime, give somebody a lift Aleve or Advil every 6 hours over the weekend. It should relieve the pain and inflammation.
Good luck moving;)
Your discs contained by your spine are filled beside fluid. Throughout the day, the fluid dissipates a bit and the muscles hold to take a more live part surrounded by keeping posture. When the muscles aren't strong enough, the pressure go to the spine causing swelling around the discs. Nerves exit the spinal cord implicit the discs, and any local swelling will ultimately cause anguish along the course of the nerves. So... The core muscles most likely entail to be stronger (Pilates is great for this), Ice and some NSAIDS (Ibuprofen) will help next to the soreness & swelling, and while moving pay attention to your posture and don't lift up anything too heavy or incorrectly. If you've done the above and no results in 2 weeks, see the chiropractor and get straightened out. Take thoroughness, and whatever you do: don't manufacture it worse while moving!
