Long permanent status wrist spasm...?
For at least a year and a partially I've been experiencing affliction in my right wrist. It vary from day to daytime how painful it can be; sometimes it can be almost as scratchy as a sprain, sometimes just a slight agony as if I fell on it. About 70% of the time it's so bad that I can't heave books into the top part of my arts school locker with my right appendage. I never broke this wrist, and as far as I know I've never sprained it. I've fallen on it abundantly while skating, but never really bad. Should I capture this checked out? Who should I ask/see? What could it be?
Answer: You could have anything from a bruised unified to carpel tunnel syndrome. You should go see an orthopedist who specializes contained by the upper limb (the arm, forearm and hand). If you spend a great deal of time writing or typing, that probably doesn't help. In the meantime, Aleve help me. I'm a massage treatment student, so I know how easily the wrists can be injured.
