Has anyone have a partial rotator cup scratch,and how long did it help yourself to to make well? What did you do for it?
Answer: I had a partial supraspinatus hole. I had the arthroscopic surgical repair. I be off work for 3 months. Light duty for 8 months. I have 3 months of physical therapy prior to the surgery beside no improvement. (This is why I have the surgery.) The pain be gone after about 2 weeks. It simply took a long time to strengthen it.
Not a fun recovery. Some don't ever recuperate. But at least I'm not awoken contained by the middle of the night next to the pain anymore.
Yes, and it can give somebody a lift months to heal.if it does.
If not, surgery can be the just other help.
i didn't carry a real diagnosis, but def. have rotator cuff damage (from throwin a football near my wrong arm) it took a year, til pain/symptoms were completely gone. if you really enjoy a tear, see dr.
