My husband's vertebrae is suddenly hurting especially when he bends down or arrive at something on the ground or even
Answers: Have him go to the Dr.and catch an MRI it could be a bulging disk or a nerve self pinched.
Muscle Spasm he needs to see a Doc and get hold of some Muscle relaxants. Best of luck
When something goes wrong beside the muscle, you see a massage psychotherapist. NOT a chiropractor.
Very common mistake. Chiropractor is for bones. Massage THERAPIST is for muscle. Osteopath is for bone and muscle. That's your best bet...an osteopath.
If one trip to a chiropractor help, then a second trip might do the trick. Listen population...all of you.I am a press therapist. People come to see me adjectives the time wondering why the last month they've be in spasm why can't I fix them in one look in?
Not likely possible. If you've hurt for a while, It's going to help yourself to a couple sessions to re-educate the muscle.
For now, you can support by applying heat to his final. Then if you feel confident, apply vast pressure between his hip and rib cage on his hindmost.
Never use fingertips, only palm or the flats of your fingers. All the while contemplate of what it feels resembling to be touched tthe way your touching...help to keep the touch serene even when deep.
There is a set of criss-crossing muscles within that would appreciate it. One starts inside by the spine where it meet the hip and runs to the outside edge of the bottom ribs, the other from the spine and rib nouns to the outside hip, basicaly. They're deep, but love attention.
NEVER work over bone...ONLY TOUCH MUSCLE
If he's have no trouble with his spine one damaged, you can even acquire close to the spine with your thumb. Then use your other appendage over the one touching the muscle for pressure. That way the appendage touching the body is completely relaxed and trust me...it's a gentler touch. you can get greatly deeper faster with this method.
There are also muscle connections right along the hip bones. A palm of pressure should get hold of him groaning. Realize sometimes you might hit a spot that burns like fire to him. That mode you're in the right place. Just walk gentle. Realizing that every compression and realease offer more oxegyn to the muscle, helping it to restore to health.
Good luck, I hope he feel better soon. My husband jumped sour a porch a few years back and messed up one of his vertebrae...pinches a effrontery...I have to fix him a couple times a year, but it does dance away.
Funny how as we get elder, we can put our back out reaching for the toothpaste. Only funny for the youngsters to monitor. Not funny or fun for us, lol.
