Answer:    The partly life of Paracetamol is just about 2 to 4 hours!

Paracetamol is the generic name for Panadol ie, it's alike drug! Please don't anyone take both at one and the same time! You are risking ending up contained by a hospital bed on the Liver Transplant list! Seriously, it's so death-defying!!

They take some time. Depends how discouraging your head-ache is . If i have a unpromising head-ache i take two and relax for a while if zilch happens I lug a panadol. :) Get better
