How long will this wrist crack concluding?

I think I overtrained these olden few weeks weightlifting and my wrists hurt really bad when i try to do curls or anything that puts strain on them. Obviously I enjoy not worked out since and I plan on taking a long break. But I have notice anytime i move my left mitt my wrist makes a cracking nouns? Will this go away when my wrist heal?
