Deficiencies are caused by something you're doing and not by something you are poor. A blood test could give a hand but it's not the most effective approach (meaning if you're low contained by iron, they'll just prescribe iron supplements). Just because you're tired adjectives the time doesn't necessarily mean you're iron not up to standard. Diet, nutrition, stress, lifestyle habits, uncontrolled and mental issues, are some of the things to look out before even considering iron fewer. If you're not going to bed on average around 10-10:30 PM every night and not drinking bottled spring dampen with a pinch of ocean salt, and not intake a whole-foods based diet (as compared to processed, cultivated, junk food) don't even keep busy the idea of thinking you hold iron deficiency anemia.
