Back headache back!?
I have scholiosos and my hips are uneaven. On monday i help paint my nephews smoke damaged room, and ever scince I enjoy had a crippeling lower spinal column pain. It kill me to stand in one place, bend over, and even certin steps hurt. I enjoy tried motrin, heat patch, and icy hot. What can I do to kill the container? HELP!

Scoliosis (unless severe) won't cause any throbbing, most people own minor ones anyway. The uneven hips relates to pelvic distortion which routine you have a few joint in your lower rear legs not moving correctly. With that muscle imbalances will go down and it then sets you up to injure your spine.
Painting the room can incentive problems due to the repetitive nature of the work, bending over etc. If it is sore standing contained by one place then your Sacro-Iliac joint have tightened, medication and heat/ice may contentment things minimally.
