Heart Palpitations?
I'm in my deferred 30's and have notice that I have be having what I would decribe as heart palpitations...my heart fultters for minute or so.
It happen at any time, while sitting and reading, while cooking, in the shower.. even when I'm just about to fall asleep.
I've also notice that sometimes, I feel similar to l'm on a carnival ride that suddenly drops and I become unstable.
Could this be stress?
I don't have a doctor contained by this new town we live contained by, so going to the doctor would mean that I would own to fly to another island.

Many things can explanation palpitations. Some causes of heart palpitations include the following:
