My knees hurts?!?
Answers: Okay I own problems with my knees, I am fifteen and I hurt it playing rime hockey. Knee injuries are probably the most painful contained by your leg area to take, and easily cause. It also hurts to put pressure on, a sprain here will be swelling. You need to Rest it, Ice It, and Elevate it so when you sleep put a pillow beneath it. Unfortuneately knee injuries pocket a long time to repair because they are constantly in use, even if it is exceedingly minor, which sounds like yours is. Yes it will still hurt. My knees has be sprained that lasted a summer, which sucked, and the bruise on the tissue be a month, but gradually get better. I recommend you see a doctor just to engineer sure you haven't pulled ligaments and they are floating around because that can cause deeply of damage, I'm sure that isn't the bag but you just want to be not dangerous.

it seems that your getting antediluvian and your knees are getting cranky or like a mechanism rusty. buy a medicine call glucosamine and take the pills once or when it hurts it should gain better. eat lots of vegetables and nutrients too.
