Very discouraging bruising from exercise?

Okay, I can't do crunches or any back exercises lacking my back hurting me really discouraging. I weigh14 years old and weigh (5'4'') 103 so I don't expect it would be an underweight issue. My mom has other had put money on problems. When I went to softball conditioning, we did a bunch of exercising, and I get bruised really bad. I hold three bruises: one right above my but crack, and two two the side of my tail bone on my lower back. My mom told me I might hold an inward pelvis? Any ideas? I want to treat what is ever going on. I also own a big bruise on my elbow. My mom is strictly against going to the doctors a lot. =p.

Answer:    I would first rule-out something as simple as vitamin C less (scurvy) for the cause of your bruising. This is profusely more common than most inhabitants recognize (25% - 30% of the U.S. population is at risk for scurvy because they consume so little vitamin C surrounded by their diet).

Second, since you are having posterior problems, a thorough evalaution by your family Chiropractor would be appropriate. Something is cause your pain, and the sooner the raison d`¨ētre is diagnosed and fixed, the better.

Best wishes and good luck.
okay we can factor out an inward pelvis because that would cause more problems than what you already enjoy. you need
