My wrist have be hurting really fruitless?

ok so i havent fallen or done anything to be paid my wrist hurt but recently i hold been playing tennis more and lifting weights deeply more than usual. For about a week presently everytime i hit a backhand (in tennis) i get this backache in my wrist and its manner of like a shooting misery and it burns. Plz help

Answer:    You hold obviuosly strained your tendons/muscles etc...use ice 3 x light of day advil per label, later moist heat x 3 more days..within fact after every time you use it you inevitability to ice it down 10-15 mins. You stipulation to stop playing for a while too

Your radial-carpel joint may be out of alignment. Do this, embezzle your injured hand, and hold it out surrounded by front of you, palm down.
