Aching leg muscles?

Okay, so yesterday afternoon, I was practicing my soccer kicks(without stretching beforehand the practice, does it make your leg muscles smarting?). Then After an hour or so, I stopped playing and sat on the stool a played on the computer for about 2 hours. Then when I get up, my legs started to ache. What cause it to ache is really my ask. So best answer gets 10 points if you contribute me an idea of why my legs hurt right presently. Thanks!

Answer:    first of all you legs hurt because you did not stretch.
Stretching you muscles help them to relax so that when your running or kicking the ball you do not acquire a sprain or feel sore the subsequent day.
The other entry you did wrong was to sit down within front of the computer for 2 hours. The looooooooooooong sits restricted blood circulation to your legs causing the previous wrong done by lack to stretching to be aggrivated.

But don't verbs...a little rest, heat bathe to receive the blood flowing and a massage should procure you back on your foot in a couple of days
Your muscles hurt because you didn't stretch first
Well, you didn't do your stretches since your soccer playing, and, just as okay, you didn't do any stretches AFTER your soccer activities. I enjoy learned over the decades of my running, swimming and bicycling thousands of miles, if you don't stretch, or simply own a slower period of exercise at the fall of your activities, and you urgently just stop and walk sit down or lay down, especially in colder weather, you're inviting a stiffening of your muscles, and depending on how much they stiffen as a result of your exercise, the more mortified you're going to feel. Don't verbs about the 10 points. Just hold care of your legs. God Bless you.

You may not have plenty potassium in your system. I know when I own a hard workout and than sit for a while and haven't eat a banana or drunk enough marine muscles don't have adequate nutrients. This could cause your muscles to cramp up.
