What can I do to relieve the misery from an ingrown pin on my big toe?

I've got swelling and pus coming from my big toe. It hurts only to walk. I know soaking contained by epsom salt can facilitate. What else can I do or put on it?

Answer:    Soak your sore toe in heat water for 15 minutes 2 to 3 times respectively day.

Wedge a small piece of cotton, such as subdivision of a cotton ball, underneath the corner of your ingrown nail. This will help out lift the fastener off of the skin.

Soak your toe and make over the piece of cotton each morning until the nail grows out and can be trimmed.

Do not use a sharp baulk like manicure scissors to verbs under your pin, because the toe might get infected.

Do not try to use a hypodermic to drain the pus from your toe. This could make the infection worse.

While your ingrown toenail is remedial, wear comfortable shoes or sandals that do not press on your toe.

Swelling is somewhat expected but the Pus is a sign of infection, you need to see your MD to enjoy the ingrown nail removed. It's not the answer you want to hear I am sure but you must own it removed properly. If this is a presistant problem you may want to consider laser removal to increase the probability of the problem not coming back.
