One that can't be found? Your voice chords lose their ability to produce nouns. Usually it is from over use. They loosen up and are not capable of vibrate anymore.
It is called laryngitis and a virus settles on your strident cords, not allowing the usual vibration needed to bring in sounds. It goes away contained by 3-4 days.
It is unusual for laryngitis not to settle down within six weeks especially since you own had a course of antibiotics. This would as a rule bring about resolution of any inflammation of the larynx as economically as resolving the chest infection.
You do not say whether you are a smoker or not, but really regular smokers are more prone to prolonged symptoms.
Possibilities remain that you might have developed a lesser fungal infection of the larynx as a side effect of taking antibiotics, but equally you may coincidentally have developed something prearranged as a singers node which is a benign warty growth on a vocal cord which would produce hoarseness in need discomfort but which would be unrelated to the chest infection.
Whatever the cause it would be worth at this stage have regular steam inhalations breathing through an open mouth to try and overcome the symptoms, but if matter do not improve inside the next few days, referral to an ear, proboscis and throat specialist for a test set as indirect laryngoscopy would be appropriate. Here the surgeon looks down the throat with a special mirror and view the vocal cords directly for signs of abnormality.
Once this has be done a decision can be made in the order of the next course of deed.
