I am having this strain in my not here shoulder blade (the pain feel like it's coming from below the shoulder blade).. causing me to wake up up in the middle of the dark. I can't get comfortable no issue what I try.This feeling within like a dull annoying hurt that goes adjectives the way down to my fingertips and it make me want to just split my left arm sour.Please help.

Answer:    Do your fingertips tingle? If so, you may hold injured your disc...these are the symptoms I had when I have a bulging disc located at C7-T-1 (Cervical 7 lowest neck and Thoracic 1 chief chest disc) The pain radiate from my spine to under my shoulder blade. Then it traveled to my elbow cohesive and finally to the outside of my right hand making it almost useless. Get thee to an orthopedic doctor ASAP!
