I smoke weed channel too much and inevitability tips from experts/old potheads on how to quit this shi*! (FOR GOOD!)?

I have be smoking weed for over 12 years now, In times past 8 years or so It's been deeply heavy (at smallest 2 times a day, up to 4 times a sunshine on some days) I know alot of people assume it's not addictive, but it is! i used to take a good buzzz bad a .3 (half a dime bag) and thats with 2 other general public back when i started, presently it takes at least possible a gram (for me and my fiance)and if its weak weed (low thc levels) it take more than a gram sometimes. My fiancee and I have be together for 8 years and we're both into it, and at the same time we both wanna quit. We uncommonly have money to do anything as it's adjectives being spent on pot, and own been have hard times wake up for work, lost some jobs surrounded by the process too. We're both 25 years old and really want to quit, and own tried many plentiful times.. but it's become such huge part of us its tricky to know where to open. I feel close to we've hit rock bottom and are just staying
down in attendance. thanks for any tips/help you can provide...
Answer: It's profoundly like quitting cigarettes. You hold to commit to it, together. You have to support one another, not snigger away any slip-ups but help the other personage recommit.
Get rid of all the weed you've get. Seed, stems, everything. Discard whatever paraphernalia you use, adjectives of it. Schedule activities which are any pleasurable or will improve your lives for much of your free time--time you would enjoy spent in a film.
For instance, both of you working together can make a terrific dinner (and food is going to aroma better pretty quickly, too), wallow in it, and clean up the kitchen really thoroughly. It'll be nice to enjoy the kitchen totally clean, too. Maybe another hours of darkness you go for a long hoof it, or visit your mom. Maybe you hit the library and find something really fitting, way better than TV (which isn't hard).
For the short permanent status, until your quitting seems to own taken, don't spend time with friends you've smoked near. Explain that you need a break from weed, and that the times you've smoked next to them make you want it. Assure them you'll return with together again soon--if they don't smoke around you.
Avoid any other situations which are smoking triggers (again, the same as cigarette smokers). If you other smoke before or while watching TV, don't see TV.
This might be a good time to not one and only quit smoking but to agree that you're both going to get improved, in other ways. Start a mild exercise program. Eat better. Keep your place cleaner, so the heavens is better. Smoke tobacco only outside. (Yes, contained by winter.) Floss daily.
You might be surprised how terrific you have a feeling in as little as a month. The Ides of March, man. You can do this.

I am not a pot head, or weed smoker.. I could not alergic to the stuff, the guy subsequent door is though, and my migraines are dirvin me nuts!! Plus I live in South Texas effective Mexico, so trust me it is every where!! Ya Know!!
Okay first you want to seek a treatment facility for stoping pot adjectives together is bad, for you can die from it, it is resembling a drunk, when they go cold turkey some die from an acholic seziure..
You later need to stay away from the sources and receive friends that do not have contact next to the stuff..

Let yourself run out, spend the WHOLE morning cleaning out your house and storing/getting rid of your ashtrays, paraphernalia, etc. Make it very difficult to smoke - more trouble than it's worth. Throw stuff out! The place you as a rule smoke should be rearranged (furniture) so that your brain won't relate that place to smoking anymore. You aren't addicted to weed, you're addicted to the lofty you get. Look online and try to find other ppl or forums that can hold you adjectives.
If you can't quit cold turkey, lower your amount at first to one bowl a day MAX and don't return with high. Just smoke for a moment. Then limit it to the weekend with the sole purpose and then once a month. You will enjoy to wean off and contract with the problems that may be the point you are looking for a high adjectives the time. Take responsibility. I know you can do it because if I could quit smoking cigarettes, I KNOW you can quit this. Rent movies, watch YouTube, carry into a TV series or pick up some form of exercise to stay busy and you'll find that it is much easier than you think.and create in your mind the $$$MONEY$$$ you will save. Be virtuous and treat yourself to a Caribbean cruise as a reward. Carnival has accurate rates and wonderful ships! Get out of the house more often!

Weed isn't physically addictive at all. Meaning you will not hold any physical withdrawals. However, anything can be addicting contained by the form of a habit. Eating, internet, picking your snout, etc.
If I didn't have the money I wouldn't buy it. It's adjectives about self-discipline and no one here on yahoo can abet you with that. It's adjectives up to you.
