How sensitive is the Epidural shot for Meniscus Surgery?
Is the Epidural Anesthesia administration tremendously bloody in preparation for Meniscus removal? I am have the surgery in a few days and am expecting some post op backache with recouping. But the Epidural shot, is particularly worrisome for me as I am not found of a plunger going into my back. The IV stick I can matter with. Has anyone experienced the Epidural, specifically during knees surgery rather than pregnancy?
Answer: it dnt hurt at adjectives. my dad had 4 epidurals within his bak wen they were gnna operate on him 4 his kidney stones. nothin works on him so he have 4 n nothin happened. dnt wrry they put this pale thing on ur bak 1st so u cnt touch nothin coz it numbs ur skin
My wife had an epidural when giving birth on respectively of our two pregnancies. The first time didn't hurt at all. Didn't even quality anything except a little pressure. The second one however hurt much more, but lone for a second. The doctor pushed the needle contained by too far and hit a nerve within the spinal region (no permanent damage), but it did cause her leg tingly for about 30 minutes.
I have one when I was pregnant, and the shot is duplicate for that is it is for knees surgery. What you need to be sure of is if they are giving you an epidural or a spinal block. The latter of the two hurts worse, and can organize to paralysis if the needle slips a short time ago a millimeter the wrong way. But to answer your give somebody the third degree, the pain is markedly little, and fleeting.
it's just similar to any shot, i had one next to all 3 of my kids, it's somewhat uncomfortable but it's worth it
