help a.s.a.p!! I am departing for school surrounded by an1hr. and i have the worst stomach ace im natuiouse and i preserve ganging.what can i do please help!
Answer: drink something. Preferably something light. Try toast. It really depends on why you perceive this way.
pilfer some tums if u have any.
also try drinking some milk, i enjoy heard that have helped stomach ache.

I can withdraw when I was babyish my mom giving me Coke Syrup to calm the stomach.try drinking a Coke, it may not pass you total relief but could go and get you by in the short possession. Feel better...
lay down and put a hot pad on your stomach, if you do drink milk, it will eather coat you stomach and put together you feel better or you will basically feel worse. of late lay on yur side also dont go around any food the smell mike formulate you wan to throwup.
have some reheat water, and preserve walking. If it continues for half an hour or more, I wouldn't recommend going to institution today.
What did you eat later night? Anything that could own gone bad or conceivably was undercooked?

Coke syrup works - but the bubbles generate you feel worse. If you own a coke, open it up and later pour it in a cup. Swirl it around until the bubbles are gone, or use a spoon to stir.
Also, some people find that ginger is fundamentally calming for nausea. I other keep ginger tea at home.
Try to be aware of if you're reaction sick because of being somewhere within your cycle, or maybe you haven't gone to the bathroom regularly enough and are premonition the effects. (not enough fiber?)
Are you premonition stressed? Try some nice slow deep breathing. Maybe there's an environmental allergy you're react to. Try walking outside a couple minutes, well dressed, contained by some fresh air and see if you surface better.

Try sipping on some Coke of Gingerale. Both are particular to settle the stomach.
dry toast or saltine crackers and ginger ale, sip it dont gulp. and try to walk slower and breathe within deeply. if you can picture your self calm it works. hope you consistency better :)
