Cramp is it too much brackish or not satisfactory saline or nought to do near brackish at adjectives?
Answer: Cramps can be caused by dehydration, too much caffeine or too much booze as in good health as a deficiency of potassium, calcium, magnesium or vitamin B6.
A defect of sodium is virtually unheard of as we all probably seize too much sodium from table salt (sodium chloride) which is commonly added to processed foods such as bread, cereal, butter and margarine as well as can meat and fish. Even if you never use the salt shaker you will still find plenty of sodium from processed foods whether you like it or not.
A cramp can be due to a mixture of reasons include overexertion of the muscle, electrolyte inequity, dehydration etc...so it can be attributed to low salt level in the body.
I am a tennis player that suffers plentifully of leg cramps. I frequently have to drink Pedialyte to aid replenish my electrolytes, and if I dont have any around brackish water is best since it help get me the brackish I need and it will also support retain water.
if anything, i reflect it's a lack of saline.
Drink more water and guzzle a banana a day or something beside potassium in it. Yogurt is also perfect for this. Most of the time it is dehydration.
