Ok..When I Go To Bed At Night. I Can't Sleep. It Happens To Me Almost Every Night. The Only Times When I Go To Bed...Is If I Did Something Earlier That Day That Made Me So Tired. I Go To School Every Day. Even When I Come From School,Im Not Tired. What Can I Do To Make Myself Fall Asleep With Out Any Medications?

The Brain needs to be tired, the Body also desires to be tired, when both are tried, sleep comes easier! Therefore school should acquire the brain tired and then exercise, way of walking, jog, swim, basketball, anything takes your fancy, even to bring back into some fitness routine at home, tire the body and sleep. I've heard that if you put a touch Lavender oil below your cheekbones [towards your nostrils] this will help you stumble asleep. Lavender has a soporific effect.
