Why does my 13 year weak son preserve getting ingrown toenails?
We have be to 2 foot doctors , got him unknown shoes and he has another contained by grown nail to be precise bothering him. We had one cut out already by the doctor.
Answer: Hello,
I used to hold that problem and nothing cured it but an operation. My foot doc explained it resembling this: some people own infections/waste in their body that they body tries to get hold of rid off. This is especially prominent within adolescence when adjectives the hormones are pumping etc.For some people the body get rid of it through acne for example...others get the flu slickly (keep having sore throats etc)...some hold ingrown toe nails.
There are several things you can do to 'manage' the condition like the saline foot baths, using tea tree oil directly or surrounded by water when soaking foot etc etc. But for me nothing cured it...I have to have an operation which involved adjectives the nail on both sides right down to the root and burning the root. This is a more complicated procedure than the one your son already have. I had a little visits to the doc where on earth he just cut the pin on the side.but the problem came backbone as soon as the nail grew pay for. Getting rid of the root of the nail on the sides is the best agency to go. The toes won't look unpromising afterward. There is a slight difference in the span of the nail singular, but that's it. For me...after I had this operation, the problem never come back.
Hope this help!
He's cutting them waaay too short, and/or his shoes are waay too small.
It's genetical.
um mabey his cuting his toe nail to short make sure he wash them properly and that his shoes are not to tight oh and if he is goin swiming make sure he wear sandles when he gets out
i used to enjoy that but i started cutting them within round shape and it stopped happening (it is not easy to do it i used to pass approaching 30 minutes for that nail only)
Sound genetic, if you or the dad own a history in youre domestic of it, like phriosis or anything else it will be, I can merely suggest, soaking the feet within epsion salt atleast weekly and agree to the nails grow long for a while as to adjectives them
If you're cutting the nail of your son (feet) make sure that don't follow the shape of the pin. Just cut straight. Could be the shoes he's wearing are too tight around the toes and also he might be letting little end snippets of the nail when he trims them.
The other thing is he could hold a slight deformity surrounded by his toes like some populace have toes that point inwards and that sometimes cause the outer edges to become ingrown.
One thing you might enjoy him do to correct this is to cut a "V" at the center of each fastener periodically--that sometimes helps.
Hope this help...
ok, i used to have ingrown toenails when i be younger...(this may not work in the luggage of your son) i stopped cutting my toenails unadulterated short and in the prompt & started cutting them straight across simply after each toenail reach some beyond the tip of the flesh of my toe
