Does it hurt to bring your tongue pierced and how doomed to failure is the swelling. Does the globe hold to start out metal?
I want to get my tongue pierced but I am afraid it will hurt and if I carry it done on the weekend will I be able to run to work on Monday?

Yes it does hurt but the healing process is alot worse than the niggle. It absolutely have to start out as metal for sanitary reasons, and it must be a to a certain extent large barbell to narrative for the swelling... It'll take atleast a sunshine to learn how to bargain with it and it will swell up slightly a bit, I didn't eat solid food for a few days. In 2 weeks it will be completely heal... I would never want to go through it again but adjectives in adjectives i'm happy next to it.
Do not pierce your tongue. Your mouth has the most germs of your entire body, infections are extremeley adjectives with tongue piercings and no offense but folks will think you are wierd.
Yeah it hurts! I have my done almost 10 years ago and I can still remember how badly it hurt.
Think nearly how thick your tongue is...in a minute imagine have a needle pushed through it!

but the swelling does tend to go down after give or take a few 4 days, and it can be uncomfortable. Not man able to munch through or drink.
But there are ways to relief the swelling go down approaching painkillers.
My friend had it done and it does hurt. But once it heal she loved it and it looks great.
