If he takes deeply of AZO it may alter the enzymes in his urine a bit, but no, cigarettes shouldn't hold an effect. There are those "detox" pills you can buy but they are a scam...I would just move about with cranberry pills, which are as a rule used for UTI's since they flush the body system so well.
