Fingers Numb?
I've been wake up at night finding that my fingers, and sometimes my hand, are completely numb. I have to bring feeling final before I can walk back to sleep (it solely takes a few seconds).
I don't suffer problems during the hours of daylight or at any other time. Only at night.
It have been scheduled since August or September of 2007.
I don't work at a computer all sunshine, and I don't strenuously use my hands for my livelihood, so I don't think its Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
I don't hold health insurance right in a minute, so therefore cannot travel to the doctor.
I am a nursing student, but unaware of what this could be. Can someone confer me some possibilities?
Answer: well i own experienced the same beside my fingers and so with my legs that other cramped, i thought too its Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I was advise to take Vit.B12, and i took, presently im back to common. I hope it will work for you. Nothing serious at all. Good luck.
ur probablly lay on it wrong like how ur foot will plummet asleep and it feels similar to ur getting poked with needles
b/c i rouse up somtimes and my heads be wresting on my arm and the blood cant surculate rite
so if ur sleepin on ur arm try not to

i am thinking its RSI but again you dont spend much time on a computer but again i would check this out with a collegue.
I take this sensation on my hands and foot but i think its from the cold and i hold bad circulation.
I acquire this in my arms, I be in motion to move my arm and it ends up smacking me in my obverse usually cause I cant be aware of it. Takes a few seconds to draw from back to common, usually starts to tingle before its majority again. Its from sleeping in awkward positions.
Check the bearing you are sleeping. Are you cutting past its sell-by date your circulation when you sleep? And make an appointment to
see a doctor. Having your circulation cut stale on a regular basis can head to complications. Call to make an appointment report them your problem. They may be able to facilitate you so you can get assistance. County hospitals are usually a devout source for the uninsured
you may think i am not so clued contained by on this subject.
but i have have the numb hands troubles for a long time, and i find that prayer help it at least 99% of the time i awaken next to it. spirituality and honesty, i say, i am not unflawed, but, seeking the better way of natural life, has help soooooooooo much. i can't go and quote a bunch of the scriptures, but i enjoy learned from mistakes.
to speak of a physical point of estimation, i was a smoker from age 13 until age 47. circulation can be so unpromising. my hands are much better very soon in the concluding two years.
when my hands be in motion numb, they tend to vibrate when they rouse me up.
