Answer: Well sugar free gum is the best to chew with braces, Beucase the sugar cant gain under the brackets and rationale holes in you teeth. Its not to tough to chew the only entity is getting food stuck under them and its adjectives nasty and make you want to throw up but just buy a dampen pick at any grocery store this help verbs around the brackets and just own fun with your braces surrounded by the end you will be obliged you had them
i other chew gum but make sure its sugarless gum... braces simply hurt for a couple of days just nick some tylenol and eat soup, icecream , mashpotatoes and stuff close to that and then you will know how to eat a great deal of things except corn on the cob!
chew sugar free gum, and braces hurt a lot, but it get better just remember to enjoy a painkiller contained by your body at all times it will lighten the pain. also buy lots of foods that you can;t chew close to mashed potatoes, rime cream, yogart, puding, etc.
The dentist tells some individuals who are getting braces not to chew gum for a reason. If you enjoy TMJ gum over works the joint. If you own an alignment problem {under or overbite} then chewing gum can if truth be told make you hold to wear braces longer because it stops the braces from being competent to tighten the muscles to pull or push the chin to the correct position.
