If i nick my tongue ring out, will it still hurt?
will the swelling go down hastily? how long? will i be able to get through solid foods right away?
Answer: the healing time and swelling will still be impossible to tell apart reguardless of you taking out the ring becuase the wound is still the same. Go and buy some non-iodized seasalt and use this NOT LISTERINE as a mouthwash solution or move about to your doctor and have one prescribed that does NOT contain alcohol. To give support to with the swelling suck on rime cubes made from chamomile tea and if you can stand the taste afterwards suck on the chamomile tea bag itself. Chamomile is a inherent anti-inflamitory. Take IB Profen 400mg every 4-6 hrs or so (check the bottle), do not touch your tongue, do not play with the ring, no spicy, sour or hot foods even mildly will prolong discomfort and healing time. stick to soup that have no chunks and is not acidic. Also preserve an eye on your top bead of your bar if you are getting accessive swelling similar to i did it may start to "sink" into your tongue, if this happens you entail to go fund to your piercer and have it changed or it will one and only get worse and inflict more pressure on your tongue. Healing time should be quick (like a week for most peoples swelling to be compleatly gone). Remember the rime cubes, the swelling will go down moderately quickly if you suck on them adjectives day.
Did you a short time ago get it pierced? Just continue a day or two, the swelling will travel away.

it wont hurt at adjectives and - the hole will heal completely within a week and you can eat anything u want the day u purloin it out!

no you won't so there's point within taking it out. the damage is done...the swelling is due to have it pierced not b/c you have the ring within your tongue. u just gotta consent to i heal. remember to use listerine after every lunchtime...and at least once and hour to preserve infection down. well it adjectives depends on how long ago you got it down? why don't you permit it heal? i don't contemplate it will go down right away! probably within 3 or 4 days!
