I mull over i own a slipped disk, how can i fix this in need going to the docters?
I will go to the docs if i own to i just want to try this out first because it hurts really desperate. Im not even sure if it is one but everyone i talk to narrate me it is, its in my lower rear right beside my spine and when i walk, sit, stand, or move it sends a shooting torment through the lower half of my spin and my leg. Please assist me. :)

Answer: it's your back. don't mess around. run to the doctOr. if you try some home remedy that makes it worse, you are solely going to pay more, spend more time within treatments and such.

i disappeared my slipped disk from the age of 12 to the age of 18 without mortal checked and all ive done is agitate it, cause myself more pain, within all honesty see your gp, i know they are nearly as helpfull as a ski suit in the sahara but they can reffer you to someone who know what they are doing- you are doing yourself no favours by leaving it, believe me i did it!
