I can't help it. and its getting so bad !!
I bite and chew my cheeks. but tongue is getting really fruitless.
There's sores all over my tongue and it makes me play beside the sore and bite them off. I can't help it.
My tongue looks SO GROSS immediately. I can;t even kiss anyone or they'd prolly be all like "EWW!!"

I go to my doctor to get help - he said "stop biting it" after sent me out the door.
