For instance, in the case of a survivor of breast cancer who have had to enjoy a complete masectomy, I think that breast implant should be covered. Think about it - the woman have been through abundantly with have cancer to begin near, now she have a stigma associated with her, perchance not by others, but by herself because she has lost her fiminitiy, her breasts. The insurance companies would be better past its sell-by date paying for implants, as they'll train up paying out the butt for counseling due to emotional issues but for. And counseling may still be required. As far as other things, I think if they are mandatory or have severe thrilling effects, that they should be covered.
