Other than making you sleepy and possibly making you gain some substance, not a big problem.The reason it is used so frequently to treat insomnia and allergies, even in pregnant women, is that it is one of the safest drugs on the open market. I would not advise taking 100mg at one time, but if your doctor say that it is ok, then shift ahead.
