Should I sue this Dr.?

10 years I visit this Dr next to several symptoms, lotsa meds (side effects), continued problems, getting worse and worse. Then my wife says to me craft a list of your symptoms and permit him look over them all at once, so next to her help (i'm elder and forget stuff after I get used to it) I engineer a list, and I move about to the San Saba clinic, and I go surrounded by to see the Dr. and there is a topical person a P.A. and she looks at the enumerate about two minutes after takes a while to review my history and she says to me I believe you have a food intollerance to wheat and wheat gluten stop intake them, becuase this is serious. So I tell my wife and she looks it up on the web and it is a deseae called Celiac, and I have like adjectives of many symptoms for 10 years. The bright medic person call in the evening and say pick up some diet stuff. Here is the thing that P.A.s diagnosis is missing from my med chart immediately. How many others I am wondering.(1 in 100 white people)

Many diseases can mimic other conditions, and celiac is usually a disease of younger citizens. I obviously don't know the full case, but I wouldn't sue. It is awfully common to progress years without knowing the correct diagnosis. Let's frontage it: doctors are people, not god. Did you ever seek a second belief? Did you ever do your own research and try to help your doc numeral it out? As for the PA thing, I'd ask the doc/HR in the region of that.
