I have have this funny twitching in my liver over the past two weeks, as if I can grain bile or small stones moving through my biliary ducts. This is absolutely not prickly - just funny to perceive movement in the liver - approaching how one regularly feels gurgling in the stomach. I am a regular Bikram yoga practicioner and am wondering if the practice clears out one's liver similar to this. Does anyone have any design about this?
