no I just get over one. Drink plenty of fluids, hot tea, juice, chicken broth, etc. Get plenty of rest and you will be over it contained by ten days to two weeks.do toxins in the body get collected within the stomach?

HORRIBLE cold.I don't know if you have a Walmart but in attendance is a Drink/vitamin you can take and you will be better by the subsequent day. It is call Emergen-C it has 1000mg of vitamin C right bad the bat. Try it! It works great!
