According to you what should be ideal on a daily basis routine of a working man/woman.?
As working men/women have to obverse lot of tensions and hectic shedules, they can not obtain time for themselves. How they should be physically and mentally fit. How to avoide mental stress due to competitive atmostphear at workplace. Will yoga be helpful ?
Answers:
-go to work and do your even best.
-Don`t stress yourself by setting up levels that you are incapable of.
-Get some rest by watching TV,reading novels anything to do beside relaxation.
-Go to the gym.
-Sit with your inherited on your spare time maybe at dinner or so and that will sustain you to forget about stressful work for a while.
-get adequate sleep every night and the subsequent day you will be as upright as new.
-be beside a couple of friends too.
-Travel a lot during holydays and explore the world
------i`m still astudent but i do this and it help me forget about stressfull exams and academy work..try it you will see!
yoga is actually a dutiful way to relax..i dont do it but my mom go to yoga classes once a week and after them shes not such a bit.ch.lol.(and she seems relaxed)..she say that they really reduce her stress level.on the plus side it's good exercise
while your work you enjoy it. no tautness.
we are the body, mind and soul.
so spend 1 hour for the soul...meditation
spend 2 hours for the body....yoga/exercise/bath.
spend 3 hours for the mind....think/plan/work/. a movie/whatever
sleep/fr yr family/hoobbies will hold up the rest
