weird groin/leg stomach-ache?
started a couple of years ago just idea not right in between my groin and right leg,go to docs and he found nothing wrong. since later its got leisurely worse but only when spreading my leg unequivocal. this is sometimes accompanied by a prickly click. no pain when walking/running but hurts when getting in/out of the saloon for example.any ideas past i visit the doc again?

Try seeing an orthopedic doctor, it could have something to do next to your hip.Pain in my right shoulder, been honourably constant for 9 months now?
it could be a hernia, y not suggest it 2 the doctor?Not sure what could be causing that distress, but you should definitely see a different doctor. Second and third opinion are better than settling for what the first Dr. says.

If not deal with (soon) you will start to be aware of pain whilst walking (running will be a distance memory) and whislt sitting down - you won't know how to sit in one place for any length of time lacking the necessity of wanting and needing to move or stand. Trust me, be there, done that, bought the 'T' shirt. (have have both hips replaced).
Your first port of call is put a bet on to your GP and get a referral to your local hospital Orthopaedic Dept. You will have need of x-rays and more probably an MRI scan. The Surgeon may want to try to alleviate your symptoms with an injection directly into the common with Cortizone. Sometimes this works and you may not inevitability any further interventions - but they HURT!!
Alternatively or some way further down the strip you may need/have a full hip replacement. You'll be in hospital for roughly a week, but then confined to your home for the subsequent 6 - 7 weeks.
Make friends with a walking stick - at some point in the not too distant adjectives you will need one and it will be your constant companion.

if you only procure it when taking leg out to side may be a tight muscle on that side ( you could have strained it couple of yurs ago and presently it hads tightened up. i would try some adductor stretches (u should easily find pics on internet), ego try something like swimming to try and keep up mobility and strength up hip joint, as clicks are suggestive of instability.it might be vadham. freshly dont sleep in floor. hav an untimely sleep. dont giv much starin to leg.dats all.
