this sounds close to a stage 2 bedsore..you need to gross sure to turn your grandma every two hours to prevent more breakdown of the sore area and to prevent her from getting investigational sores..
get at least possible 4 pillows. one for under her lead, turn her to either her gone or right side and place two pillows underneath her back so that she is lying on her side (she will lean support onto the pillows slightly-this is ok). place the last pillow lengthwise surrounded by between her knees to prevent them from rubbing together (pressure sores develop when bony areas of the body-such as kneecaps are rubbed together for long periods of time). turn her to the contrary side two hours later-continue doing this..
to treat the bedsore itself-make sure to wash it resourcefully with a homemade saline solution:
2 tsp saline in 1 quart of water
do not use any soaps-these will irritate the wound. after wash it w/the saline-dab it dry with a soft, verbs washcloth. then apply a homemade solution to be exact similar to desitin..
mix cornstarch with milk of magnesium or mylanta to sort a paste. apply this directly to the wound and cover beside a gauze pad and medical tape-you can find adjectives of these items at any local drugstore..
clean the wound at lowest possible 3-4 times per day and allow it to nouns for 30 minutes before reapplying the cement and gauze.
if your grandmother is able to swallow pills-give her ibuprofen 200-400mg every 6 hours for niggle and swelling but no more than 1200mg in 24 hours. do not give her this if she is already taken prescribed day after day medication for pain.
if she is not competent to swallow the pills-mash them up into a fine powder and mix into soft foods such as ice cream, applesauce,or pudding-this will backing her to injest them better.
keep a close eye on the bedsore to sort sure it's not getting any worse-if it looks like it is worsening-make an appt asap to achieve your grandma into the doc-she might need antibiotics to treat the wound.

You need to carry her medical help. Negligence of your subdivision could cost you a fine or jail time if something worse happen to her.
hi i'm a nurse, you should call a doctor to prescribe medication to prevent bed sores, however within the meantime if your grandma is bedridden you should not allow her to just flop in her bed surrounded by one position for a very long time, it would be best to move her within different positions to allow good circulation of blood. Bedsores usually come about if there is not plenty blood circulating in that area. It would be honourable also to massage her vertebrae and buttocks, this also allows good circulation.
Have you ever be stung by a killer bee? What happen?
Okay. the thing near bedsores is that they suck. They suck so bad. I don't know if you already know this or have already be doing it but you have to constantly turn bedridden those on their sides. Or any other position. Cuz it they stay on there final for to long.eventually..there will be no butt. Or at hand will be one but it will have a foul looking hole on the outside. I really don't know any ways to heal this but i wouldn't lay her on her put a bet on as much.P.S. You also might want to call a doctor.
