Plz. sustain me with my ankle (see details)...?

Glad that you mentioned you are contained by Iowa jurisdiction.
Judging from what I see here, your husband's claim was compensable, since they salaried him some form of disability benefits. Based on that - -

Iowa workers comp DOES pay T.P.D. (Temporary partial Disability), and it appears that your husband would be entitled to receive T.P.D., since his doctor have medically documented his partial disability.

Pursuant to Section §85.32(205) of Iowa law, it states contained by part: ..
" Temporary Partial Disability (TPD) [85.32(2-5)]

TPD benefits may be payable if the member of staff returns to work at a lesser paying commission, because of the injury. The TPD benefit amount is to be 66 2/3% of the difference between the employee’s average gross weekly earnings at the time of the injury and the employee’s actual profits while temporarily working at the lesser paying opening. The three-day waiting period ..also applies to TPD."..

Workers comp is here until your injuries have heal to the point until which there is no more rescue. So if you still have to filch pain pills, or still cant achieve a certain opening after the doctor says he's done adjectives he can do for you and that there are no more option you are stuck the way you are after workers comp goes away.. after that, disability is nearby for you.. Also, i think you hold seven years to file a lawsuit from the date that the catastrophe happened, i would see a attorney
