Whenever there is a transfer in the weather, specifically when it go from being sunny and thaw to raining overnight, all my joint swell and get stiff. This is mostly noticable surrounded by my hands, but happen elsewhere too. I've heard of this taking place with elder adults, but I'm only 26. Could this be a sign of impending arthritis? Also, my joint "snap" and "pop" all the time (not single during weather changes) , I've heard that this is because of excess gas build-up within my joints and not to be too worried, but in a minute with the stiffness I'm starting to acquire paranoid.
