It depends, if you're chitchat about nutritional yeast afterwards yes. I prefer the nutritional yeast from Red Star since it has vitamin B12. I've also hear that brewer's yeast is good. But you definately shouldn't be in motion around munching on the stuff that's used for baking bread!
