I used to take the sleep medication Ambien; I took the 5 mg size (I hope I am axiom that right..it was the smallest dose.) It worked great, but in the future I decided to stop discussion it.

The night I stopped, I couldn't win to sleep until 5AM..I was sooooo miserable at work.the subsequent day!

I go back to my Dr. and she prescribed trazadone, which is a mild.antidepressant. that comes next to a side effect that makes one sleepy . It is also not supposed to be addictive. It works wonderfully. There enjoy been several night I haven't taken it, and I was still competent to sleep.
