He can wash ,devolution his socks,shoe types but they still pong.

One--make sure he dries between his toes after baths or showers. (Sounds weird but that be a big problem with my nephew.) Moisture breeds germs which equates to odor! Two--there are special socks that are anti-bacterial/anti-microbial. Three--powder, the dryer the feet, the smaller quantity chance for odor. Four--odor eaters. Do not use colognes or perfume on his feet--I've been told this is unwholesome and not recommended.

Sorry to hear in the region of the foot problem. There are lots of remedies.just force out the web. However, first you should look and be sure it's not something medical that desires attention.Is it athlete's foot? Is it bacteria within the shoes? A wound, etc?
If not, consider trying a sort of folk remedy or two.
1. Brew up some tea. Cool the tea, then put it into a pudding basin and every night for 10-20 mins. enjoy the child soak his feet. The tannic sour in the tea solution will give support to. Be sure to use COOL tea, not hot, not warm.

I ended up using cornstarch in their shoes, it worked better.and have them either powder w/gold bond or cornstarch b/f they put socks on.it help a bit..
