Do you want to come off the zopiclone or freshly want to? If the zopiclone is not working anymore, because your begining to attain used to it then you in recent times need to simply try another drug. If you of late want to come off it, probably titrate the dose down , you could try doing this by reducing your dose every few days till you go and get to a such a small dose that you dont need it anymore. If you find youre still have problems, leave it a week or two on one dose after reduce it down by quarter of a tablet every few weeks etc. A different drug to try might be an antihistamine. These include chlorpheniramine (piriton) and promethazine (phenergan). These can support with sleep as ably as allergies. But are only typically used for short amounts of time becasue the body can become so used to them. Try taking piriton 30 mins before bed, next to no zopiclone, and it should help you sleep, and hopefully cut the renunciation effects. Hope this helps.Is my arm broken or strained??

its not available in the US but its equivilant to ambien. You can buy it online, lots of socurces, but its not indistinguishable as the brand name imovane which you cant capture without a prescription. Try two gravol or benadryl, it help with the withdrawl.
