Drink pleny of fluids, but stay away from pop. Take time to way of walking everyday. Find a new hobby that will run your mind off smoking and consumption. Try eating 4 to 5 small meal a day. Don't get through past 7pm or 2 hours up to that time bedtime. Buy smaller cloths and make it your purpose to fit in the foreign cloths you buy. Take plenty of supplements. Good luck.
