Can sleep ever be unpromising for you?


Are there ever times when sleeping is in actual fact detrimental to your health? Sometimes when I sleep too much I don't perceive great.

Sleeping more than 7 hours is not recommended for adults.

According to modern sleep studies those sleeping more than 7 hours (oversleeping) own a lower life expectancy and more robustness problems than those sleeping 7 hours.
