Can sleep ever be unpromising for you?
Are there ever times when sleeping is in actual fact detrimental to your health? Sometimes when I sleep too much I don't perceive great.

I personally love sleep and hold slept for over 24 hours straight.but I do feel similar to **** the next time.. body is sore from not moving the muscles.. other than that I dont suppose soyes apparently more than 8 hrs make u more tired

Yes it can produce you Moody,can make you gain bulk cause you don't go and get exercise..and can make you sick..but not ample can do all impossible to tell apart things.
