A lot of the time, spreading the love can be as simple as basically saying hello to culture, or listening to them run off when they are stressed. Neither really take very much physical exertion, and yet so abundant people don't even bother to do this for friends.Also, we can spread the love more materially next to increased charitable contribution. That's really been on the decline lately (except for huge rally-inspiring disasters) and a moment or two extra effort could remove the colour the load for lots of our fellow citizens.
