every once in awhile i get little indents or dimples in my fingernails anyone know why?
i infer it may have to do next to bad diet and/or stress becuase they come and be in motion.

I have major ones surrounded by my nailbeds after the birth of a child.I used to get dents within my fingernails from pushing back my cuticles too much. This would basis lots of successive dents, like small ripples and my dermatologist said pushing on the staple bed too much was the culprit.
I catch them too. They go horizontally across my nail. They're on both of my thumbnails and the nails of my big toes. Someone told me that they're a sign of poor nutrition. And, I can believe that because before I first started getting them I used to munch through well and kept a glowing weight. Ever since college I know I've gain and lost weight & I don't munch through well. At most minuscule your's come and go. Mine hold been perpetually close to that.
