I have merely retired from one career and am planning on taking a one-year course for LVN licensure. Wondering if near are some current RN's (who used to be LVN's) who could tell me if mortal an RN is much more gratifying and worth the extra schooling. Also, what are some of the best opportunities for LVNs -- best-paying type of services?

Im not an LVN to RN nurse. I have no theory but all i can read out is that most LVN's eventually proceed to being RN's. It's up to you to want now or only practice being LVN for a few years since going BSN. LVN's usu. perform direct merciful care.RN's do that also but within a case superintendent sort of way.
