My snout is always stuffed up, so i use that stuff.
On the backof the sticky label it says not 2 use it everyday or something similar to that.
Be4 i used it every night over a term of time and it just make ur nose even more stuffed up.
So i would of late blow ur nose and singular use the spray every once in a while.
