I have Blue Cross HMO, and it really hasnt worked for me. I necessitate surgery on my knee and i've be waiting for 2 months to get it done, thankfulness to the fact that my insurance requires me to see a standard doctor first (who makes u dally for like a month for an appt for a simple referral) later get another appointment for a specialist (wait another month) later wait 3 weeks again for an MRI, and very soon i have to continue another week and a half for surgery.
Please, help out me find a good insurance. I'm tired of this! I live in southern california if that help. Thanks

I don't know if things are different in CA - I live in NC. Blue Cross is a monopoly here. We hold Blue Cross and it costs us a fortune. Twice we have moved out them and searched out other insurance companies and enjoy actually tried a few others, but we other go stern to BCBS. And the BCBS know that people do this - I hold been told by someone when I be reapplying that they know it. People will leave, try out other insurance companies and will come fund. They don't care. The other insurance companies aren't big adequate to compete with BCBS and their coverage wind up stinking big time. You won't be able to live near it, if you actually meander up needing to use insurance. I have one insurance that wound up paying for NOTHING the entire time (no office drop by, no test, no medication, no anything!!) - I be just freely hand over my money to them, so I could carry around this wonderful paper card surrounded by my wallet.
